୨୦୨୪ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଇସ୍ତାହାରରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଅନୁରୋଧ
୧. ଓଡିଶା ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ପାଠାଗାର ଅଧିନିୟମ ୨୦୦୧ କୁ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ଲାଗୁ କରାଯିବ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ
୨. ପ୍ରତି ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ରେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ପାଠାଗାର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ ସହିତ ଏହାର ପରିଚାଳନା ପାଇଁ ତାଲିମ୍ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ପାଠାଗାର ଓ ସୁଚନା ଅଧିକାରୀ (ଲାଇବ୍ରେରୀଆନ୍ ) ନିଯୁକ୍ତି କରାଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।
୩. ରାସନ କାର୍ଡ ଓ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବୀମା କାର୍ଡ ଭଳି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ ପରିବାରକୁ ୟୁନିକ ଲାଇବ୍ରେରୀ କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ଦରକାର, ଯାହାକି ‘ମୋ ପାଠାଗାର କାର୍ଡ’ କିମ୍ବା ‘ଆମ ପାଠାଗାର କାର୍ଡ’ ଯୋଜନା ହେବା ଦରକଙ୍କର ।
୪. ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ ସରକାରୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ରେ ପାଠାଗାର ସ୍ଥାପନ ଓ ଜଣେ ଲେଖାଏଁ ପ୍ରଫେସନାଲ୍ ଲାଇବ୍ରେରୀଆନ୍ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ ।
୫. ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ବିଶ୍ଵବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପାଠାଗାର ମାନଙ୍କରେ ଖାଲିପଡ଼ିଥିବା ପଦବୀ ତୁରନ୍ତ ପୁରଣ କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

1. Odisha Public Library Act
2001 should be implemented as soon as possible.
2. Library should be
established immediately in every Gram Panchayat and trained Library and
Information Officer (Librarian) should be appointed for its management.
3. Unique library card should
be issued to every family like ration card and health insurance card, which
should be planned as 'My Library Card' or 'Am Library Card'.
4. Establishment of library
and appointment of one professional librarian is mandatory in every government
high school.
5. Vacancies in the libraries
of various schools, colleges and universities of the state should be filled
immediately.
